    I'm going to be fair and admit that the teachers I've had have been the most helpful, inspiring, and kind people I've ever met. Unfortunately I can't say the same for most of the staff up front. Most of the staff are rude and unhelpful, constantly running you in circles like they have no idea how anything works. The advising staff are very unhelpful as well. Patty Soper-Shaw placed me in two wrong classes my first semester, and admitted to me she had no idea about any of the technology courses I was trying to take. Because of that, I'm now left without the hardware course I needed to take before the software one which leads me to this biggest problem I have with this college. DO NOT TAKE TECHNOLOGY CLASSES HERE! It's a dead end. A majority of classes never have enough students to make the class work, so they're constantly being dropped. The dean of the technology department, Mr. Johnson, came to our class at the beginning of the Fall 2017 Semester to tell us our class is cancelled. He even admitted that the technology classes there are failing tor receive enough students for the classes, and apparently it's been that way for the past 10 years! It's to the point where my degree is absolutely useless, and because of the constant cancellations and mess ups between staff and advisers, my life is now behind because I can't even get a simple certification or degree. I've been at this school for three semesters, and after my class getting cancelled again, I've decided to finish up this last semester and move onto another college. This school is the most unorganized, uninformative, and misleading place I've ever been to. I'm not the only student this has happened to either. I've spoken with many at that school who have suffered from the same problems I spoke about. This school has been a nightmare to go to and get anything done at. I would never recommend it to anyone.

    At 1st, I liked this place during the initial visit. I spoke with one of my of the administrators about my son and the fact that he hadn't been in child care all his life. During the 1st visit, she told me that is customary to give the child 30 days to acclimate. On the 2nd visit, when I brought back the paperwork, the story had changed. She would now give my son 2 weeks to acclimate. I'm a little frustrated at this point but I go ahead and give them a try. 4 hours into the 1st day, it was decided that my son could not return for a second day because he cried a little bit for his mother. 30 days turned into 4 hours. Left me with one day to find childcare and the only thing she had to say was that she was "sorry." This raises a huge question about the professionalism and integrity of the administrators. Don't trust them!!!

    Very bad customer service even if you keep your account in good standing. I am a business owner and have a business account with them. They make excuses for their employees incompetence and don't try to make sure the account holders are happy. Please do NOT bank with this low budget credit union! Bad customer service!

    This is the WORST CHASE BANK I've every attended! They are rude! Very unprofessional and very condescending! Learn to treat people with respect! I will be switching banks very soon!
